Effective June 1, 2010 - Nov 30, 2010:

This update contains the revisions for the
2.2% update and all July 2010 release changes
(CR6974).
NOTE 1: These files reflect
all changes in the July Update (CR 6974) and a
change in the conversion factor ($36.8729) as a
result of the Preservation of Access to Care for
Medicare Beneficiaries and Pension Relief Act of
2010, which President Obama signed into law on
June 25, 2010. This legislation provides
for a 2.2 percent update to the 2010 Medicare
Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS), effective for
dates of service June 1, 2010, through November
30, 2010.
NOTE 2: Update 4.0 is for fees
from Jan 1 - May 31 with CF 36.0791. See
below.

Instructions:
Note:
Updating will
delete all user defined fee information (S1-S5,
Freq1-Freq5 and tags). If you wish to save this
information simply backup your tables to an Excel
Spreadsheet using File-Backup. After updating
select File-Restore to retrieve.
1. Exit out of RBRVS
EZ-Fees 2010.
2. Download the
update zip file above
(rbrvs_2010_update6.0.zip) to the application folder. The default location is C:\Program Files\RBRVS
EZ-Fees 2010.
3. Unzip the update file to the same application folder. When prompted overwrite
the existing files (rbrvs.mdb, ezfees.chm and rbrvs10.exe).
4. Restart RBRVS
EZ-Fees 2010 from the icon on your desktop.
You should see your user name and keycode pre-filled in
the Enter Keycode screen. If these fields are not
pre-filled you probably unzipped the 3 files in step
3 to the wrong location. If so, redo step 3 and confirm
that you are unzipping to the application folder C:\Program Files\RBRVS
EZ-Fees 2010

version and table dates select Help-About

Note Regarding RBRVS table update3.0: Fees
Effective January 1, 2010 - May 31, 2010:
On
April 15, 2010, President Obama signed into law the
"Continuing Extension Act of 2010." This law
extends through May 31, 2010, the zero percent update to
the MPFS that was in effect for claims with dates of
service January 1, 2010 through March 31, 2010. In
addition, the 2010 Work GPCIs, the MPFSDB Conversion
Factor, numerous Work RVUs and the 2010 Anesthesia
Conversion Factors have been changed to incorporate
current legislation. These fees reflect the zero percent
update and all other legislative changes.
We
will post the revised RBRVS table that will be effective
June 1, 2010 - December 31, 2010 once a final decision
has been made by Congress.

the existing files (rbrvs.mdb, oppscap.xls, ezfees.chm,
export.mdb and rbrvs09.exe).
4. Restart RBRVS
EZ-Fees 2009 from the icon on your desktop.
You should see your user name and keycode pre-filled in
the Enter Keycode screen. If these fields are not
pre-filled you probably unzipped the five files in step
3 to the wrong location. If so, redo step 3 and confirm
that you are unzipping to the application folder C:\Program Files\RBRVS
