The National Access Table is a flat file containing all CPT codes (rows) and all code and status details  

(ie active/deleted codes, PC/TC Indicator, percentage preoperative / intraoperative / postoperative, bilateral, assistant,  

surgery plus many more).  The RBRVS table can be factored by a percent increase/decrease as it is exported.
